Every experience carries a content rating, shown on its card:
General — intended for general audiences. Cozy adventures, mainstream RPG content, romance and tension fade-to-black. Available to everyone.
Mature Optional — for all audiences, mature content optional. Plays as General unless you have mature content enabled on your account.
Mature — can contain mature content and responses: descriptive intimacy, graphic violence, and adult horror. Off by default, available with an opt-in.
A few Mature experiences are written at an explicit register by design: the story does not fade to black and intimate scenes are told in full. They sit behind the same opt-in, are marked in their content warnings, and never appear while mature content is off for your account.
To enable mature experiences, open your account menu (top-right avatar), find the Mature Content section, and toggle it on. You'll be asked to confirm you are 18 or older. You can disable it again at any time from the same place.
Can I turn mature content off for a single experience?
Yes — on Mature Optional experiences. Once mature content is on for your account, that experience's rating badge carries its own toggle:
It is on by default, so a Mature Optional experience plays as mature unless you say otherwise.
Turning it off applies to that experience only — the rest of your account is untouched, and we remember the choice until you turn it back on.
The toggle is unavailable while mature content is off for your account. There is nothing to turn off in that case: without the account-level opt-in, Mature Optional experiences already play as General.
The setting is locked in when a session starts, so a change takes effect on your next session in that experience — a session already underway keeps the setting it began with.
